🔄Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

You must contact us at hello@shopsaltypaws.ca to confirm your return and before sending anything back.

🛠️ 1-Year Warranty

All Salty Paws products are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials or workmanship
• Hardware issues not caused by misuse

This does not cover:

• Damage from chewing or rough use
• Wear and tear from regular use
• Lost items or cosmetic fading

If something breaks and shouldn’t have, reach out - we’ll make it right!

To request a warranty replacement, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible please.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Used or visibly worn items
• Items purchased with a discount code (final sale unless damaged)

💸 Return Shipping

• Salty Paws will cover the return shipping costs from within Canada only. Outside of Canada, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using tracked shipping -we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

💬 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
